Important Information

Members are entitled to a 10% discount on the above room tariff.
Only one room per Member is eligible for the Member discount.
A valid, signed Member ID must be produced at the time of check-in.
The above tariff includes complimentary breakfast.
Extra person in Suite Room: ₹2,000 +taxes per person.
Peak Season bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-amendable.
The Member is fully responsible for all accommodation charges incurred by their guest(s).
The Member is responsible for settling all Bar & Restaurant bills incurred by their guest(s).
Club facilities may be used by guests on a chargeable basis, wherever applicable.
The Member is responsible for the behaviour and conduct of their guest(s) during their stay.
Any damage caused to the room or Club property by the guest(s) will be charged to the Member and must be settled before check-out.
Room reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment through Credit Card, UPI or Bank transfer .
Bookings can only be made in the name of Club Members or Members of Affiliated Clubs.
Advance payment is required at the time of booking for the entire duration of the stay.

Booking Information

Cancellation made 30 days or more before the booking date – 100% Refund.
Cancellation made 15 to 30 days before the booking date – 50% Refund.
Cancellation made 7 to 15 days before the booking date – 25% Refund.
Cancellation made less than 7 days before the booking date – No Refund.
This cancellation policy is not applicable from 15th December to 5th January.
Any amount paid during the above period shall be forfeited.
